From humble beginnings, Ed McSwain along with his wife Laura started Terra Contracting out of the garage with a single backhoe and have literally been building Las Vegas from the ground down for three decades.

They introduced game changing services such as the repair of underground utility vaults which saves public and private entities millions of dollars in replacement construction costs by strengthening their structural integrity from within. They created a unique system used to repair and beautify the over 163,000 sq. ft. pedestrian walkway while restoring and extending its life bringing it back to its glittering glory.
